Support for the seasons that ask the most of you
Some of the biggest changes in a woman's life happen around wanting a baby, having a baby, and raising kids, and anxiety tends to show up right alongside them. My work focuses on those seasons, whether you're hoping to get pregnant, navigating pregnancy or the months after birth, adjusting to life as a mom, or managing anxiety that's been with you much longer than any of that.
Below, you'll find more about each area I work with. If you're not sure where you fit, or what you're dealing with doesn't fit neatly into one category, that's completely okay. Most people's experiences overlap, and we can figure out together what support makes sense.
All sessions are virtual, so you can meet from wherever is most comfortable for you anywhere in Massachusetts or Pennsylvania.

Adjusting to Motherhood
Motherhood changes your relationships, your work, your identity, and your day-to-day all at once. Therapy can help you sort through what's shifted and feel more settled in this new chapter. Also supports: maternal rage, the mental load, partner and in-law tension, returning to work

Pregnancy & Postpartum
Pregnancy and the first year after birth bring huge physical and emotional changes, and they don't always feel the way you expected. I help with anxiety, low mood, intrusive thoughts, and the overwhelm that can come with this season.
Also supports: postpartum anxiety and depression, birth experiences, sleep deprivation, feeding challenges

Anxiety in Women
Some anxiety is loud. Some looks like being organized, reliable, and always on top of things. I work with women who are tired of the constant worry, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and pressure to hold everything together.
Also supports: high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism, health worries, work/life balance, OCD symptoms

Trying to Conceive, Infertility & Pregnancy Loss
The path to parenthood isn't always straightforward. Whether you're thinking about getting pregnant, in the middle of treatments, or grieving a loss, you deserve support that makes room for the hope and the hard parts.
Also supports: anxiety while trying to conceive, fertility treatments, miscarriage, pregnancy after loss
